The Liberty Chamber is excited to launch a brand-new professional development opportunity: Lunch & Learn, a casual, midday gathering designed for both members and non-members who want to sharpen their business skills, expand their network, and walk away with ideas they can use right away.

Each session will feature a local business leader sharing real-world insight on topics that matter most to today’s entrepreneurs and professionals.

This month’s speaker is Rae Lyon,  from Lyon Coaching Group

Ever wonder why some people love spreadsheets, some love adventure, some want harmony, and some just want to take charge?

Join Lyon Coaching Group for a fun, interactive Lunch & Learn where you’ll discover your True Colors personality style and learn what makes you uniquely YOU. Through a simple pre-session self-evaluation and engaging activities during the workshop, you’ll uncover your strengths, communication style, motivators, and the colorful ways we all connect differently.

Expect laughs, lightbulb moments, and plenty of “Yep… that is SO me!” energy.
You’ll leave with:


  • A better understanding of your personality style
  • Insight into the people around you
  • Fun tools for improving communication and relationships
  • A new appreciation for the strengths different personalities bring to the table
This session is casual, upbeat, and designed for anyone who enjoys personal growth, people insights, and a little self-discovery along the way.
Seats are limited, and attendees will receive a short self-evaluation prior to the June 17 session to help kick off the experience before the event even begins
