
City of Liberty Marketing Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Parks & Recreation Department as our new Marketing Coordinator. This role requires someone who is creative, organized, outgoing and wants to join a fun environment!
As the Marketing Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to work with city staff, citizens, donors, users and various community groups. You will provide internal and external communications on a broad range of programs, services and issues and will be responsible for content creation on our social media platforms and our website. If you're excited about being involved in showcasing everything that makes Liberty a great place to live, work and play - such as our youth & adult sports programs, our senior services, health & wellness programs, special events, camps, community programs and more, this is the role for you! $40,000.00 - $48,660.00 Annually with an excellent benefits package.
Experience & Education
- One to three years in journalism, public relations, business communications or related field
- Prior parks and recreation experience and/or event management is desired, but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, public relations, business communications, recreation, recreation administration or related field, or equivalent experience is required
