City of Liberty is hiring an Utilities team as a Maintenance Worker in sewer collection. In this role, we will provide you with all the training you need in order to perform a variety of maintenance activities pertaining to Utilities operations and services. You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks such as the construction, maintenance and repair of city sanitary sewer infrastructure and other maintenance activities pertaining to Utilities Maintenance Operations and services; and perform other related duties as assigned. Full time: $38,709.00 Annually, with Benefit package

Schedule & Benefits: Monday – Friday- 7am – 3:30pm; On-call rotation every 4-5 weeks, with minimum call-out pay; Overtime, as required; Uniform & protective clothing annual allowance (which includes pants, boots, shirts, hats and, outerwear & more)

Requirements: No experience required; Some experience performing sanitary sewer infrastructure maintenance is desirable. Must have Equivalent to a high school diploma; Possession of, or ability to obtain, valid Class “B” Commercial Driver’s License with air brake and tank endorsement within 6 months of employment; PACP and MACP Certified within 6 months of employment; Possession of, or ability to obtain, Temporary Traffic Control/Flagger Certification within 1 year of employment; ALL training and license expenses are fully paid for by the city.
