The HR Director – Classified leads the recruiting efforts and handles grievances and performance issues for non-exempt staff.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in job-related area
• Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance
• Experience: Job related experience within a specialized field with increasing levels of responsibility is desired.
• HR Certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
