The job of Reading Interventionist Coordinator is done for the purpose/s of leading the District literacy intervention program, which provides individual literacy support to K-3 grade students in the areas of phonemic awareness, phonics, and fluency so all students are reading on grade level by third grade; providing information to others; and implementing and maintaining services within established guidelines and standards. This job reports to Director of Special Programs.

Experience: job related experience within a specialized field is required.; Education: Bachelor's degree in job related area.; Required Testing: None Specified; Continuing Educ. / Training: None Specified; Certificates Licenses: Missouri State Teaching Certificate, Reading Specialist Certification; Clearances; Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance
