The HVAC Technician provides advanced HVAC troubleshooting and repair with specific responsibility for identifying repair and/or replacement needs. The HVAC Technician will install, repair, maintain and upgrade HVAC systems and equipment. They will assist other HVAC technicians and other skilled trades, and ensure that tools and materials are available at job site. M-F, Full time between 7:30 am-4:30 pm; on call rotation schedule (with potential additional income)

Training is provided on maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC equipment and on the use of HVAC Controls (Trane, Automated Logic, Johnson Controls). Requirements: Class “E” Driver’s License required.; Type II EPA Certification, required; Must pass a pre-employment background check. (physical exam, drug test, and criminal justice fingerprint/background clearance)
