Special Education Paraprofessionals assist teachers by performing a variety of tasks relating to the physical and instructional needs of the students in a classroom setting. Depending on the classroom and/or building assignment, the Special Education Paraprofessional may support children with various degrees of special needs.This is a 10 month position (August through May), with an opportunity to work summer school in June. Paraprofessionals are eligible for benefits. Hourly, full-time for 10 months.

Must have HS Diploma or equivalent, DESE approved paraprofessional test of 60 college credit hours. Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background clearance.
